Police charge 2, seek 3rd in robbery at Algonquin College

Ottawa police have charged two men and are looking for a third after a student was held down and robbed in an Algonquin College washroom last Thursday.
The victim was also forced to accompany the trio to a bank machine on Baseline Road and withdraw money, which they took from him before fleeing.
Police said the student was approached by a man he was acquainted with at the school, and was asked to accompany him to the washroom.
Once there, the student was grabbed by two other men, pinned to the floor and searched.
They men took personal possessions before forcing him to take them to the bank machine, police said.
Shortly after the victim called police, one suspect was arrested. A second suspect was arrested on Friday.
Police are still looking for the third man. He is described as a Middle Eastern man, 18 to 25, 6′ tall, skinny, with long curly brown hair.
Police have charged:
Hussein Ismail Abdi, 19, of Ottawa, with robbery, conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, extortion, forcible confinement and breach of recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 16.
Otoniel Velasquez, 20, of Ottawa, with robbery and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 15.
