In 2015, Canada welcomed the first Syrians seeking a new life here. There was much fanfare, and since then, Canada has accepted nearly 60,000 Syrian refugees. But there’s been no formal process to track how they’re doing, who’s settling in, and who’s struggling. As Mike Drolet reports, critics say it’s too early to call this a success.
